1. Orders and Fulfillment
   Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Upon dispatch, we utilize international courier services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to facilitate delivery to our European clientele. Estimated transit time is 5–9 business days. We provide automated tracking notifications to the email address provided at checkout to inform you of the status of your shipment at key transit milestones.
2. Risk of Loss and Ownership
   In accordance with applicable European consumer protection regulations, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with CANTIA, S.A. de C.V. until the goods have come into your physical possession. Ownership of the products transfers to you upon successful delivery.
3. Delayed Shipments
   Should your order not arrive within the standard delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will initiate a formal investigation with the contracted courier. Based on the findings of such an investigation, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or the dispatch of a replacement order.
4. Right of Withdrawal (European Consumers)
   In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, European consumers possess a 14-day “Right of Withdrawal.” You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

   To expedite your request, please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once the issue is verified by our team, we will process a refund or arrange for a replacement. In cases of verifiable damage, it may not be necessary for you to return the item to our facility.
6. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For our European customers, these terms do not override mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the laws of your country of residence within the European Union.
